• The reviews are writ­ten strictly by me based on my opin­ion of the prod­uct reviewed, and I have received no cash award for this prod­uct. If I receive a prod­uct that I dis­like, then I just sim­ply con­tact the com­pany and tell them the truth, and do not fea­ture that par­tic­u­lar prod­uct on my blog rather then giv­ing that com­pany a bad name. That is just my own way of doing things.
• Cool­Canucks con­ducts prod­uct reviews.  I, Heather Diotte (Founder), and my con­trib­u­tors, are not paid, unless oth­er­wise stated in the post, for these prod­uct reviews, but are, instead, given the prod­uct as a gift to test and keep.  Our prod­uct reviews are 100% honest and true. Occa­sion­ally the spon­sor requests that my give­aways only last for a cer­tain amount of weeks, {ie: Our Cool­Canucks reviews and give­aways almost always last one month, give or take a day or two.} We may get a request that a give­away only run for 2 or 3 weeks, and we respect their wishes. There­fore, a give­away may end with­out notice and this is out of our hands.
• Give­away spon­sors are respon­si­ble for ship­ping prizes that are offered on Cool­Canucks. Please allow 6–8 weeks for deliv­ery of any prizes won. If you do not receive your item AFTER that time, please email me and I will fol­low up with them. If by that time I do not hear from them again, then there is noth­ing that I, Heather Diotte or Coolcanucks.ca can do about it. I have had a past expe­ri­ence with a spon­sor not fol­low­ing through by send­ing the win­ner their prize…but these sce­nar­ios are out of my con­trol. I, Heather Diotte/CoolCanucks nor the spon­sor are respon­si­ble for any prize that get’s lost in the mail should that hap­pen. These things are out of our con­trol totally. By enter­ing any Blog give­aways at Cool­Canucks, you are doing so at your own risk.
  If a spon­sor is irre­spon­si­ble on their part, then that com­pany should get a bad wrap, not me or CoolCanucks.ca.

Occasionally, CoolCanucks will also con­duct adver­tis­ing cam­paigns for dif­fer­ent brands.  Any prod­ucts or finan­cial com­pen­sa­tion received for a cam­paign will be dis­closed in the post.

Cool­Canucks does accept paid adver­tis­ing if the ad is rel­e­vant to the Cool­Canucks audience.
