CoolCanucks Blog Contest – Stress Free Kids Cd Package Review and Giveaway!!**CLOSED**

SFKIDS

While browsing through the internet the other day, I came across this site called “Stress Free Kids“. The name drew me right in for starters, so I got lost for awhile just reading all about them and the benefits for children from this company, and was extremely intrigued at what I found.

How can Stress Free Kids help?

A MESSAGE FROM FOUNDER, LORI LITE

We have developed a line of children’s books, CDs, and curriculums designed to help children manage anxiety, stress, and anger while promoting self-esteem and peaceful sleep. We are the first to introduce research-based, stress management techniques in this unique storytelling format. We have been embraced by psychologists, child life care specialists, teachers, counselors, parents, military families, yoga fans, the Autism community and most importantly children.  America is facing a mental health crisis. Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health disorder facing children today.* 70% of school age children say that they worry.**

Every parent in the world wants their children to learn to relax, improve their self-esteem, manage anger, and fall asleep easier. Our products will introduce you and your children to the proven techniques of deep breathing, progressive muscular relaxation, visualizations, and affirmations/positive statements.

We have added CDs for teens and adults. We want your whole family to manage stress, anxiety and anger!

After reading all of the benefits that “Stress Free Kids” offers families of children and teens, I could relate bigtime!

I too am a sufferer of anxiety, depression, and panic disorder, and have been this way for many, many years. It is not something that anyone wants their child or children to go through, however it is all part of life and we all deal with it on a daily basis.

I was instantly sent a digital download for the CD and an electronic copy of the book and sat last night to listen to it with my daughter after contacting the Chief Relaxation Officer from Stress Free Kids.

I was pleasantly surprised that my daughter sat there with me through the entire books…all three of them for that matter! These books had her asking questions, repeating the colors she saw, reciting positive affirmations from the stories and so much more. What parent doesn’t want their child interacting and yearning for more while reading books?!?! After reading one of her books, you will wish you did have more than just one! There are actually some great “special packages” on this website which include a combination of books and CD’s.

Stress Free Kids has an entire line of Books, CD’s and Curriculum’s. Not only are these great stories to read but there is an underlying message in all of her products. Lori (Owner) “wants your whole family to manage stress, anxiety and anger!”

Here is a little blurb from her website:

Every parent in the world wants their children to learn to relax, improve their self-esteem, manage anger, and fall asleep easier. Our products will introduce you and your children to the proven techniques of deep breathing, progressive muscular relaxation, visualizations, and affirmations/positive statements.

I was really fascinated, and now I need more of these! Extremely beneficial for today’s families, to say the least.
