Canadian Deals — Hmv.ca Canada: Scratch and Save March 12th!

The HMV Scratch to Save or Earn Events are in effect Sat­ur­day, March 12th, 2011 and March 19th, 2011 only at all Cana­dian HMV retail loca­tions, exclud­ing hmvdigital.ca. All cus­tomers mak­ing a pur­chase on either day will receive a scratch card from the cashier at the time of pur­chase. All Scratch cards must be val­i­dated by an HMV cashier in order to qual­ify. The cus­tomer must select either the (1) dis­count sav­ings or (2) bonus pure points prior to the cashier val­i­dat­ing the card, and will receive only that field selected. Cus­tomers will not receive both a dis­count and bonus points. Pre-scratched cards or cards with both fields scratched will be con­sid­ered void and can­not be redeemed. Scratch cards are good for one time use only, must be sur­ren­dered at time of pur­chase. The Scratch dis­count is valid against the entire pur­chase (before taxes) and can­not be com­bined with any other offers. Dis­count is not valid towards the pur­chase of any videogame hardware/console, iPod hard­ware, the HMV Gift Card, Purehmv card acti­va­tions; iTunes Cards, any videogame point card (Xbox Live®; Playsta­tion® Net­work or Nin­tendo®), mobile top-up cards, Extended Pro­tec­tion Plan; Soft­ware War­ranty, spe­cial order deposits or pre-order prepayments.

Offer can­not be used on pre­vi­ous pur­chases. Fac­sim­i­les or repro­duc­tions are prohibited.

LIMITATIONS: One card per cus­tomer per trans­ac­tion. Offer in effect while quan­ti­ties last. Offer is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Terms of use are sub­ject to change and HMV reserves the right to ter­mi­nate offer at any time. Pure Points are cal­cu­lated based on the net pre-tax pur­chase price (less applic­a­ble dis­counts) of the total purchase.
